Demolition Day of the NEW PREMISES for Sunshine Coast Judo Club. On Saturday 3rd of September 2022, our first day of demolition commenced as we prepared to start work on the new Dojo.  

We had an early start to the day, commencing work at 7.30 am. Even though the weather didn't start out the best, our fantastic crew was ready to take on the mammoth job that lay ahead of us.

The Crew consisted of current members of Sunshine Coast Judo Club, Parents and our Community Helpers, who worked so efficiently that we were able to complete so much in just one day.

Our New facilities will include: 

• 367sqm Premises
• 288sqm of a sprung mat area
• International Judo Standard Mats 5cm thick.
• 2 shower change rooms
• 3 Unisex Toilets plus 1 Unisex Disabled Toilet. 
• Shop / Cafe
• mezzanine viewing area with seating
